Return Record Guide: A Short Reference

UWCigar uses Return Records to make return-record preparation easier to verify. A return question is easier to resolve when the delivered item can be matched to the original catalogue record. This guide is a factual reference for Australian adults aged 18 or older.

Start with the authoritative record

Open the live product page rather than relying on a search snippet, saved image or marketplace description. Read the full title, then match the SKU and sale unit before comparing price or availability.

A catalogue example

Use Manchester United Kingdom Red Cigarettes – 1 Carton (10 Packs) (SKU SS-250) as a worked example. The name identifies the record, the SKU separates it from similarly named products, and the current page confirms the carton quantity, AUD price and stock state.

The verification sequence

  • Read the current return policy.
  • Keep the order number.
  • Match the delivered SKU.
  • Record the sale unit.

What this prevents

Good return records connect the order, SKU and issue without guesswork. The most common error is describing a return only by brand and leaving out the order reference. A short, repeatable check is more reliable than guessing from packaging colour or a partial title.
